Hello! I am an empathetic and compassionate counselor who believes counseling is not a ‘one-size-fits all’. I strive to provide a safe judgment free space where we collaborate together to create and achieve your goals. We will build a personalized toolkit with various coping skills, resources, and techniques to help you during and after therapy.
I apply an integrative and holistic approach to counseling, and use various modalities such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Family Systems to name a few. I combine evidence-based techniques and interventions to provide a uniquely designed treatment plan for each client's needs. I believe the more we connect to our own mind, body (physical), spirit, and emotions the more self-aware we become in the quest for our best health and overall wellness.
I received a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an Emphasis in Children and Adolescent Disorders from Grand Canyon University (2024), and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a minor in Psychology from Texas State University-San Marcos (2014).
When I am not working with others, I am dancing, running, reading a book, painting, with my family, or traveling.
I provide online counseling services in English and Spanish, and have experience working with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, relationships, stress management, and life transitions. I look forward to joining you and guiding you through this journey of healing and empowerment.
