Axel Esparza-Tristan , LPC - Associate, Clinical Mental Health Graduate from

Texas A&M University - San Antonio

Supervised by Adam Runey, MS, LPC-S 

Axel creates a safe multicultural inclusive space for those on their healing journey. Originally from Mexico, Axel is fluent in Spanish and English, being able to provide services in the most comfortable way of expression. Driven to help others overcome personal obstacles using various therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of clients.

Axel has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Axel uses a client-centered, humanistic approach, focusing on aspects of mindfulness, family-systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while keeping careful consideration of cultural concerns and practices.

On his free time, Axel enjoys spending time with family/friends, listening to music, watching Netflix and trying new restaurants.
