Welcome! I believe that counseling should be a safe, collaborative space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Whether you or your child are navigating life’s transitions, working through anxiety, processing trauma, or building self-esteem, my priority is to walk alongside you with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and complete openness.

As a Clinical Intern pursuing my Master’s degree at the University of Texas at San Antonio, I draw primarily from a person-centered foundation, while taking an integrative, flexible approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. I am passionate about serving diverse communities and am currently earning my certificate in bilingual counseling to provide dedicated, culturally tailored care to Spanish-speaking individuals and families. I also hold a strong professional interest in conducting immigration assessments to support individuals and families navigating complex life journeys.

I work with clients across the lifespan—from children to adults—offering both in-person sessions at Dr. Hernandez PLLC in San Antonio, Texas, as well as telehealth appointments. Wherever you are on your path, I am here to help you feel grounded, empowered, and understood.
