As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, my passion lies in assisting clients to understand and achieve their personal goals.
Utilizing Solution-Focused Brief Therapy I have worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds to learn problem solving skills, as well as learn to find tools to cope with life’s stressors.
In addition to being solution driven I enjoy working with clients from a humanistic perspective utilizing Person-Centered Therapy to assist clients in achieving personal growth through an empathetic counseling relationship where each client does not have to fear judgment. I would like to continue working with all types of people, and I am open to working with all populations.
As a graduate of St. Mary’s University, I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. My initial interest in psychology is what led me to a career in counseling as I am able to apply some of the principles that I learned to help others.
In my free time you can expect to find me doing a variety of things, my favorite thing to do for fun is to ride bikes, however I also enjoy playing the guitar and occasionally flying airplanes.
